TASTING NOTES

Deadfall Cascadian Dark Ale comes in on the nose with notes of pine, resin, and grapefruit and orange like citrus. The first sip echoes the nose with lots of old school hop character up front, followed by a backbone of roasty, dark caramel malt flavours. Landing somewhere between an IPA and a stout, Deadfall is a must try for beer lovers of all sorts.
