TASTING NOTES

Pouring a bright golden yellow, our spruce tip pale ale starts off with notes of (you guessed it) spruce, light citrus and floral notes on the nose. Bold notes of spruce are the flavour back bone with hints of honey, floral bouquets and just enough malt and hop character to keep it in check.
